Dr. Andrews and Dr. Rickard were married in 1978 and have shared a practice in Murfreesboro since 1981. They are proud of their children: Dorsey who is a physician in Nashville, David who is a Microsoft developer, and Katie who is a French teacher at Smyrna High. She is an avid tennis player and enjoys gardening with her husband. She is a national speaker and mentor for others interested in electronic medical records and quality. Family Practice Partners has been featured several times in national publications for its state-of-the-art use of computerized records. Most of all, she feels privileged to care for patients in all stages of life and feels they are a part of her family.
